Singer songwriter Jenna Witts has spent her life living on the south west coast by the ocean, and this flows through her folk and country style music. With three solo albums to her name and a history of nationwide tours, venues such as Minack Theatre and the Royal Albert Hall and supporting big names such as Elkie Brooks, Seth Lakeman, Fisherman's Friends and Show Of Hands to name just a few!
With an acoustic guitar in one hand and ukulele in the other, join Jenna for melodic escapism and some laughter too!!!!

I GOT MARRIED!
On the 16th September I had the BESTEST day of my life! The day that I married my Sam! We got married in my hometown of Woolacombe surrounded by our wonderful friends and family! I am actually a MRS HUGHES now although I will keep my 'Witts' about me for my music!
Here's a snap of us with my beautiful Morte Point in the background.
It truly was the day I had always dreamed of!!
LIVING IN KERNOW
So, the tales are true.... this proper Devonshire maid did infact move across the borderline into Cornwall!
It's been a life changing few years for me, moving away from home and family to relocate in Cornwall to be with my lovely Sam (pic below right). It's only three hours away from where I'm from in Woolacombe, North Devon, and the scenery and life-style feel just like home. Rugged coastline and long sandy beaches are very familiar but it always surprises me how close to the south coast it is. I live in Lelant, a small coastal village just a couple miles from St Ives on the north coast - and just a 10-minute drive away, I am staring at the magical St Michaels Mount on the south coast!
After moving here, I started a new job with The National Trust at the stunning Godrevy Headland (see pic below left) and occasionally Chapel Porth near St Agnes. I adore this job! The picture above shows Godrevy Lighthouse and is a constant source of inspiration to me. I have already written two songs and a children’s story about it!!
Musically, it's been like starting again down here. I still have a lot of my regular gigs in North Devon (although a lot of my usual venues stopped putting on live music after covid) and I'm always returning home to see my family and friends. I had to put myself out there again musically since moving away and just hope that I make new contacts in Cornwall. Luckily, it's been going well, and I now have quite a few new Cornish venues. Please see my 'TOUR' page for an updated list of shows.
Life is an adventure! What next I wonder?
